University Pointe Lease Takeover

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Pointe. I am currently sharing it with 1 other roommate (male) and you will be replacing me in the lease. The lease lasts until July 15, 2024. Rent price is paid between both roommates which is about $680+ per month though likely closer to around $700 as water usage is factored in. Electricity is paid separately and depends on usage.
