Our property is nestled in a park-like setting and features an array of amenities including a resort-style pool, hot tub, grilling areas, tanning dome, sand volleyball court, computer lab, basketball court and a fitness center fully equipped with cardio and weight lifting equipment. Each unit comes with all of the major essentials: refrigerator, stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Our units are also fully furnished, which includes: bar stools, couch and accent chair, coffee table, full size bed, night stand, desk, chair, and a dresser. Our rental rates include electricity, water, cable and internet, parking, private shuttle to campus, and access to all of our incredible amenities! Please do not hesitate to come by and see us anytime during our office hours, which are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturday, and 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Sunday.
