It's a single house with 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms on a 2 story With patio on each floor and back yard It's one of the fanciest unit with a ton of privacy . Pet friendly with a dog park Tennis Basket court Volley Huge pool (I believe it's the largest pool at UCF) Fitness open 24/7 $1050 a month FREE parking My daughter loved it but is found online You will apply directly with the retreat west But contact me so we can do a smooth transition
