After a long day, enjoy free streaming services in the air conditioned house or relax poolside with a soda. You'll have access to the common areas, including the full kitchen, washer and dryer, and yard. Sorry, no smokers or vapers - no exceptions. Cannabis use is fine if it isn't smoked or vaped. We are quiet and friendly and busy; we are looking for the same. This is a house ideally for serious and hardworking students. Absolutely no indoor parties (occasional backyard pool party OK!), loud music, or overnight guests. Expenses Included: WiFi, pool service, water, sewer, gardening, pest control.
