Apartment for Rent

This is a four unit apartment with a shared living room and kitchen, with a private bedroom and bathroom. It's located on the third floor of the Vistas. You will be overtaking a lease of mine, and for rent it would only be $832 per month. Utilities are included but you would have to pay that apart but it's less than $10 a month. There may be a security deposit you would have to pay but it's completely waived if you're a student. The only thing this unit has is a bedroom and a desk, otherwise everything else will have to be furnished.
