The house is close to Rockridge Bart about 3 minutes from the car. To drive to SF, it takes around 30 minutes without traffic. ABOUT THE ROOM: big windows. Single occupancy only. All Utilities and Wifi including. Big half bathroom. only share shower with another male tenant. There is a shared laundry machine and kitchen. this year tenant are UC Berkeley males quiet students in this house. no smoking.
