Furnished Basement Bedroom

I am renting out my basement bedroom with a private 1/2 bathroom (toilet/sink) and shared tub/shower upstairs in the upstairs bathroom. Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk/chair, tv, dresser, closet, and linen closet.

Rent includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, trash, and WiFi. Kitchen has a separate pantry for tenant. Kitchen has microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are 2 living rooms (common areas). The basement living room is gated off from the upstairs to increase tenant privacy. There is a washer/dryer in the home. Garage Parking. There is a large backyard with a grill, patio, and table fire pit. The house is within walking distance of a couple bus stops (bus route) on the south side of Pueblo. It's also close to a large park, library, and shopping.

As the homeowner, I live in the house. I work from home as a remote special education case manager. I have 4 large, friendly dogs.

Some items, such as bedding and table lamp belong to the current tenant. Backyard umbrellas are down for the season. The room can be made ready for move in with a week's notice. An application is required. A lease through May 2026 is preferred.
