I'm going home for the summer and need someone to take over my lease for a 1x1 in a 4x4 at Venue at North Campus. Lease is May 1-July 26, 2024. It's super close to USF, within walking distance. You'll have your own fully furnished room, spacious bathroom and walk in closet with lots of built in storage!! Apartment has a balcony with a pool view from the balcony and the room! Monthly rent is originally $959, but I will bump it down to $859, which includes renter's insurance, utilities, trash, etc. Roommates are all friendly, clean and chill. Must be okay with a cat!!
