My son, will be transferring out of ERAU and looking to sublease his room at Onshore Daytona Apartments.

Availability: January 2026 through the end of July 2026 (Can take over mid of Dec 2025).

This is a beautiful, newly finished facility featuring 4 private bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, and a shared living area. The apartment includes a full-sized kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and is one of the most popular housing options for ERAU students with designated shuttle service.

Rent: $995 per month. Plus utilities shared among roommates. There are three other roommates, each with their own private rooms.

The room comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, mattress topper, storage cabinets, and bathroom essentials. These items were purchased separately (in addition to what's provided by the apartment), and you are welcome to keep them even after the lease ends.
