I'm desperately looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 2025-July 2025. It is private room with an ensuite in a 3 bed and 2 bath apartment at the 940 North Apartment complex. It is a prime location for both Gonzaga and WSU students. The lease is an individual.

Rent is around $1000 plus $10-20 utilities per month. I'll contribute $50 per month so you rent goes down to $950 plus $10-20 utilities per month. Deposit $250. If you want more information message me!
