Welcome home to University Place! Our community is proud to be the newest apartments in Fresno, CA that are a fully-furnished student housing community, located right next door to CSUF! Here at University Place, we combine all of the perks of dorm and independent living. The community is designed in the Craftsman style, making for a welcoming and cozy home environment. Each unit is fully-furnished, featuring wood flooring, appliances like dishwashers and microwaves, cable/satellite, and more! For residents with cars, we also offer the option to rent garages. You’ll love our convenient and community-focused amenities, such as the awesome sparkling pool, Bulldog Chill Zone, Outdoor Haven of Tranquility, coffee station, computer room, outdoor kitchen with gas BBQs, bike racks, and even a bocce ball area! These amenities are the perfect options for solo relaxation, entertaining friends, or meeting new people! For your peace of mind, we are a fully gated community with controlled access and we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance. We take the utmost pride in catering to our students to make their college experience one to fondly remember. The only thing missing is YOU! Note that we primarily lease our apartments as a shared space—you have the option of sharing a room in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, or renting your own private room in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.
