Each bedroom has lots of light, ceiling light and fan, hardwood floors, individual window air conditioner unit, radiator heat, lock on door, and small closet. Security cameras outdoors and on ground floor in public areas for safety.

Easy access to Jefferson, Warwick, Mercury Boulevard, 64, Christopher Newport, and Shipyard. Safe neighborhood with parking on street and within 4 blocks walking distance of Hilton Village, weekend farmer's market, and Warwick pier with beautiful sunsets (as seen in photo).

Wifi and all utilities (gas, electric, water, sanitation) included.

Looking for a responsible, considerate, quiet, kind, clean, student who can live respectfully with others and is drama free. No smoking inside or drugs including marijuana (family members are allergic). Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am and owner works from home.

Must have proof of income, valid government ID, and two character references. Rent is $850 for one bedroom per month inclusive of utilities with one-time $250.00 for refundable security deposit.
