I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The District on Apache. I am currently sharing it with other roommates (females) and you will be replacing me in the lease. This is a fully-furnished apartment room with your bathroom. It is 15 minutes walk away from Arizona State University. The lease lasts until July 31, 2024. Rent price is paid between is about $900 per month (utilities included).
