Premium Evolve Bloomington Studio for Summer Sublease

I am looking to sublease my premium studio apartment at Evolve Bloomington from May 4th - Jul 31st 2024. My unit contains a private kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with washer and drying in the unit. Apartment comes fully furnished with hardwood-style flooring, queen bed, desk and chair in the bedroom, a coffee table, sofa, flatscreen Smart TV and TV table in the living room, and dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven in the kitchen. Other community amenities are a gym, pool, tanning beds, sauna, indoor basketball court, paddleball court, private study rooms, game room, package room and free wifi available with Onsite Staff and Security Cameras. Evolve is primarily a student housing complex with bus stops for X and W buses are right outside the apartment that go into and around campus (Takes about 1 minute by bus to Luddy Hall, and 5 mins to Hodge Hall). Evolve typically charges $1899 for this unit but my rent is only $1,349/month , with utilties+electricity falling between $50-$70 (both payable directly to Evolve through their online portal).
