240 Stardust Lane is located in an area rented out for vacationers providing a quiet environment opposite to the dorms we've all had to endure. This lease would begin in August 2025 and end in August 2026. It is quite remote so a car is recommended or a good strong pair of legs and enjoy for short hikes! The rent includes water ($610), but electricity and wi-fi are a separate charge depending on the frequency and company chosen. Decent-sized living room, kitchen, and storage space for cleaning supplies, kitchen accessories, and more. Very open walls are perfect for a trinket collector such as myself. No AC but the heat is controlled with fans and a window unit but baseboard heat is a part of the house. Gravel path/driveway, 15-minute walk to AppalCart stop, 15-minute drive to campus!
