To get that home feel, we’ve added modern conveniences like in-unit laundry, leasable storage spaces, and heated, underground parking so that your apartment can truly be your “home base.” Most utilities are also included in your rental to save you the hassle of having to pay out all those individual bills. Tenants pay for electricity and cable/internet on one monthly bill to Cedar Falls Utilities.

One of the most important things about your home is that it's in the right location for you. The Residence is situated at the corner of Greenhill and Prairie Parkway in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Not only is it minutes to shopping, trails, and major roads, but it is just as easy to get to work at the hospital as it is to head to UNI for classes.
