I need to find someone to take over my lease for a Studio Apartment available across the street from UMD, near restaurants and shops. The lease ends 8/15 with an option to renew. There is 1 large full bathroom in the unit with a full kitchen (including dishwasher) and large closet. Outdoor surface parking and garage parking is available. I believe outdoor parking is $55/month, and garage parking is $95/month. Utilities that are not included are gas and electricity, which come to about $30/month. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna, 3 fitness rooms, a game room, free coffee, tanning beds, and many individual and group study/hang out spaces throughout the building. A washer and dryer is included inside the unit. There is an option for the unit to be furnished at no extra cost. There is locked bike storage in the building, and a music practice room, as well. If you have guests you can reserve the guest apartment for them to use for their stay, and guest parking is available.
