The non-refundable application fee is $35 per person age 18 or older. You will need to provide proof of income for the most recent 30 days (if you are paid weekly, submit your last 4 paystubs; if you are paid bi-weekly, submit your last 2 paystubs). To meet income qualifications, applicantsโ combined weekly gross income must be near or equal to the monthly rent. The application process includes a credit check, background check, landlord reference, and income verification. Unpaid eviction(s) and/or landlord judgment(s) may disqualify the application.
Pets are considered at select homes and townhomes only. Pets are not permitted at apartments. There is a pet application process through Pet Screener to determine the non-refundable pet fee due at move in and monthly pet rent, per pet. The minimum non-refundable pet fee is $250 and minimum monthly pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. The Pet Screener process is also used for assistance animal applications.
