James Place

James Place, part of the Atwood Management family of unique campus communities, is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet still close to MSU. Featuring a huge living room, open floor plan, in-unit washer and dryer, central air, dishwasher, permit parking, limited access entry and two full bathrooms. But the nicest feature our student residents enjoy is the fact that we’re just down the hill from Minnesota State University - Mankato. You’re going to love calling James Place home.
