The monthly rate for a private bedroom/ shared bathroom is $1,950 per month per person.

This is a 12 months lease term rate (We also offer short-term leases which are 10-15% higher than this rate depending on lease duration).

Move-in charges:

Kapi Residences, Inc. holds a master lease with its property owners. A Tenant/Subtenant relationship is created between Kapi Residences and the renter.
