Campus Town offers fully furnished apartments with private bedrooms, full kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, all utilities included, Wi-Fi/cable included, and an assigned parking space in a gated parking lot. We offer 2-, or 4-bedroom apartments - NO community style living.

The $1,230 price listed is the minimum price per month for a room in a 4-bedroom apartment. Rent is based on a nightly rate per person, with a minimum stay of 30 consecutive days. 4-bedroom is $41.00 per person per night and 2-bedroom apartment is $43.00 per person per night.

Earliest Move-In: Wednesday May 22, 2024 beginning at 12pm
Latest Move-Out: Friday August 16, 2024 by 4pm
