Freya was specifically designed to foster community without compromising privacy. Each floor has a huge, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances and stone counters, along with a cozy lounge and credit-card-ready laundry. The main floor boasts a generous lounge for resident events, a big-screen TV, and a gas fire pit to help bring residents together. Our apartments also feature a dog washing station and resident fitness center to add to the appeal!
NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Freya is in Crown Hill – the sister neighborhood above Ballard – and located at 8311 15th Avenue NW.
- 2 minute walk across the street to Safeway
- 15 minute bike ride to Green Lake
- 18 minute drive to South Lake Union
- Close to Golden Gardens and Carkeek Park
Crown Hill features numerous services right around the corner including a Safeway grocery store, restaurants, pubs, and more. Enjoy a tasty pizza from Delaney, a Caribbean sandwich at award-winning Un Bien, or an amazing cocktail at Essex, all less than a mile away.
If you’re feeling like some of Seattle’s best nightlife, the heart of Ballard is about a mile and a half away.
