3 bdr, in Burns, very unitque home !!!

3 bdr, 1 bath, it is a commerical unit but owners want to rent out as single family. only 1 room has a closet. In one room is stackable washer and dryer (included but when they die the tenant is to replace) , toilet and shower stall and toilet also in this room. It use to be the old post office in burns . small kitchen with fridge and open to living room. I will rent it as a business or a home which ever one comes 1st.
