I'm leasing my apartment for the summer, it is a very short walk to campus. It is a one bedroom apartment, you will have the entire apartment to yourself. The sublease term is anytime between May 10th, 2024 to August 10th, 2024. The term is flexible and the apartment is fully furnished. You can move things around as you like. There is an attached garage with assigned parking. Parking and all utilities are included. The rent in $1050 a month from when you move in, we can prorate it based on when you move in/out.
