Looking for roommate to share 3 bedroom house

My roommate and I (both seniors this fall) are looking to fill the 3rd bedroom of our house on 26th Street in the South Side. We are at a great location, near LA Fitness and Cheesecake Factory. Two blocks from Duquesne Shuttle Stop. We have 2 full bathrooms in the house (1 main floor and 1 upstairs) and both have been updated. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer in the basement. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. $650 per month rent plus utilities. House has a laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer.
