Stone Avenue Standard is a "boutique" off-campus student-only community offering a fun, friendly, modern place to call home close to campus! We offer spacious floor-plans that give you all the privacy you need, luxurious wood-style floors, high-speed wifi, and a washer/dryer in each home! With our recently upgraded amenities that are open 24/7, we feature a resort-style pool with a large cabana, spa, private tanning room, study lounge with iMacs, and a spacious state-of-the-art gym. We provide a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the U of A campus, as well as free parking inside of our gated community.
