Property owner living on property looking to rent private bedroom and bathroom to non-smoker for 10 or 12 month lease starting in September 2024. Rent includes water, utilities and internet. Free street parking in front of home. Greenbelt access with storage for bike. Washer and dryer use permitted once weekly.

Looking for someone who is VERY clean/tidy and considerate of personal property. Preferably looking for someone who is at school/work most of the day and energy/utility conserving. NO overnight guests. NO pets. 1st and last month's rent due at lease signing.
