Looking for one roommate to stay in this 2132 square foot single family home with 5 bedrooms. Only motivated and students dedicated to studying will be considered. One renter in downstairs bedroom is IU medical student (male).

There is a 1/2 bath upstairs (no shower) and full bath on first floor with shower/bath. Kitchen fully equipped. Detached Garage for bikes. Grill available in garage. Laundry and storage in basement.

Must pay half on utilities. Expected utilities are $250 per month, includes wifi, so plan $125 per month.
