Large, spacious 4bedroom & 3bath house!

My daughter has been attending Northeast Community College for two semesters, and she will be finishing her last semester in Fall of 2024! Then she will graduate as a sophomore and be going to UNL to major in the Veterinary Sciences. We own a house in Lincoln that has previously been used for college students, and she is looking for 3 girl roommates also attending UNL! She will be moving into the house in the summer of 2024, but during the fall she will be there less since she'll be up in Norfolk to finish up her associates degree!

We have a newer two-story house that has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. There are two available bedrooms with closets on the upper level and one available bedroom downstairs with a closet. Bedrooms will need to be furnished. Two of the bathrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs; each has its own sink, toilet, bath/shower, and cupboards. Within the whole house, there are: 3 spacious living areas, a kitchen, a dining room, a closet space in the main hall, and a large storage area in the basement with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a pantry, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and some appliances included. Living areas and dining room will already be furnished! There is a sliding door that leads to a large outdoor patio and backyard from the kitchen/ living area! It also has a two-stall garage attached to the house.

Utilities (such as electricity, cable, water, trash, etc) are included in the rent. ($550 a month per person!)

5 miles to UNL main campus and east campus! Close to a Walmart, fitness center, gas stations, food places, Starbucks, dollar store, and more!
