RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
Monthly Rent is only $2,095.00
The Security Deposit is typically $2,095.00 with an approved application and credit score of 620 or higher. For slightly lower credit scores and an approved application, the owners may require a higher security deposit.
Once approved, the security deposit must be paid, and the lease signed within 48 hours to secure the home and take it off the market.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The owners base acceptance on a combination of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income.
Credit Score: A score of 620 or higher is preferred. Applicants with a slightly lower score may still be accepted, however, the owner may require a higher security deposit.
Rental History: We verify that applicants are in good standing with current/previous landlords and that the applicant does not owe any outstanding rent or fees to previous or current landlords. We also ensure there have been no evictions in the last five years.
Income: Combined monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent (i.e., 3.5 x $2095 = $7,332.50).

APPLICATION & FEES:
Application Fee: $85.00 per person (non-refundable). Each individual 18 or older is required to submit a separate application.
Admin Fee: There is a one-time admin fee of $75.00 (total) that is due upon approval with the first month’s rent.

To secure the rental, an application must be accepted, the security deposit must be paid, and the lease signed within 48 hours of approval. Approval typically takes between 1-3 business days once all applications are submitted along with all required information (bank statements, ID, income verification, verified residential history, etc).
