I'm looking to sublet my fully furnished 4bed/3bath apartment at Varsity Park for the Spring 2026 semester (January - May). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms available total, so you can sublease one or all bedrooms!
The apartment is on the first floor and comes with a balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of natural light. Since it's furnished, you won't need to worry about moving furniture. Just bring your essentials and settle in.
It's a great location with easy access to Grounds and the corner (5 minute walk). Lease is $1,400/month/bedroom (price negotiable), plus utilities. I'm flexible on move-in if you need to arrive a little earlier in December.
