ALL persons 18+ MUST complete app. $50/ person app fee. If credit has been affected by natural disaster/ pandemic (i.e. COVID-19, hurricanes) may submit 200 word/less letter of explanation. Additional deposit may be required based on credit/background findings. Absolutely no pets.
