The Landing at Western Carolina

Why live in an apartment when you and your friends can live in your own home? The Landing at Western offers upscale 3, 4, and 5 bedroom off-campus houses for rent less than a half mile from the main Western Carolina University campus entrance. This boutique community consists of 19 homes and offers a fun living environment for students. The Landing also boasts many social amenities including a pavilion, stone fire pit, grilling stations, picnic and hammock lounge as well as an assigned parking spot for each of our tenants.
